If you are in a situation that is not good for your wellbeing, let there be space in your mind and it will guide you out of it.
At this time don’t seek thought to help you, seek space. If only for a few seconds at a time, let there be space in your mind, where there is the thought about what is happening. It will give you peace when you need it most.
It is from this space that the thought to help you out of the situation, will arise. You will know this thought as having arisen out of the space in your mind because you will be at peace with it, all of it, even the uncertainty of it. If you are not at peace with the thought, it has not originated from you. So go back to space, for it knows only the most optimum life for you and will show you the way out. It will give you freedom and peace first in your mind and then in your physical situation. Let space be your guiding light.
