We don’t have to understand what this space is, how it works, how to explain it, describe it, or even what it means. Meditation first came up with it 2500 years ago and today mindfulness has shone a light on it, bringing the emptiness of mind, to our attention, once again. Today more and more of us are recognising its’ value and power.
There is nothing you need to understand, nothing you need to learn and nothing you need to think about, unlike with everything else. When it comes to who you are, all you have to do is let there be space in your mind.
