The space in your mind is more powerful than the thought in your mind

The space in your mind is more powerful, than the thought in your mind. Yet we don’t ‘think’ that something as elusive and abstract as space could be greater than the tangible and concrete form of thought.  But it is.

All forms on earth, including thought are here to do the work of space, the Master of all. Nothing is greater than space because space is nothing. All that is, is born out of space, pure energy.

Know yourself as the space in your mind and all that you wish to have in your life will be delivered by the thought that arises out of this space. Mistake yourself for thought and all that you wish to have in life will either be a struggle and filled with sacrifices or will only partly be attained if at all.

Struggle and sacrifice are illusions.  They are thoughts of the outside world. We have been taught that if we make sacrifices, work painstakingly hard, struggle and put in all the hours God sends we can achieve that which we want. And of course you can, but what a life reducing way to go about it.

There is a different and better way and it is easy and effortless. It is about doing your work and not the work of another. There are no sacrifices nor any struggles or painstaking hard work. There is of course labour, obstacles and priorities, but when space is your guide, it doesn’t feel difficult. You are in the arms of space and it all feels easier and effortless, than if you lived as thought.

The thought to action, that arises out of this space is peaceful and by that I mean you are at peace with it, all of it. Its’ boldness, uncertainty, riskiness and the labour it entails. The thought that you are at peace with is the thought to take action on. Now, do what you need to.

The space in your mind will show you how easy, effortless and enjoyable the process of having what you want is. Remember the journey is as important as your goal, if not more so. Struggles and sacrifices reduce your journey to a means to an end. Your life is more than a means to an end, is it not?

The space in your mind knows the most optimum route for you. Let it guide you and act on the thoughts that you are at peace with.

Let there be space in your mind and know how powerful a Creator you are.  Be bold, be be brave, be uncertain and engage in labour. But most importantly be at PEACE WITH YOUR THOUGHT TO ACTION.

The space in your mind can change our world

When you create space in your mind, there is peace in your mind.  Without thinking about anything you have raised your vibrational frequency above thought, to one of absolute peace.

The more of us that choose space over thought, the more we’re able to raise our collective vibrational frequency to one of peace and so the more powerful we are in changing our world.

The more space there is in all of our minds, the more peace there is in the world. Let there be space in each of our minds, so that together we can create a more peaceful world.

“It is inner stillness that will save and transform the world”.
Eckhart Tolle

The space in your mind is where creativity lives

Let there be space in your mind,
From here creativity flows.

Thought will then follow,
As the servant of space,

To do the work,
Of who you are.

So that who you are,
Can be manifested in the physical world.

You are truly magnificent,
You are space,
You are Creator.

Let there be space in your mind.
Be creative,
Create greatness,
It’s who you already are.

How to declutter your mind

When you create space in your mind, you automatically declutter your mind.

There is nothing you have to do to declutter your mind. There is no technique to learn, no steps to follow or method to apply. You simply have to choose to let there be space in your mind.

I have read that if you write your thoughts down this declutters your mind, but I am not so sure. Thoughts are sneaky and dispelling them from your mind onto paper, can cause you to think about what you have written, so defeating the purpose of the exercise, but more so, thoughts have a tendency to repeat themselves and re-enter your mental space, often quite quickly, even after you have let them go. Sneaky f**kers!

We work hard to push unhealthy and unhelpful thoughts out of our minds which takes a lot of energy and feels like a battle. It is however, mental space that can suck the strength out of the thought, so that even if it re-enters your mind, it sits there quite powerless. You don’t have to try to get rid of it. The space in your mind will do all the work.

The more often you create space in your mind, the less power these thoughts have to swoop back in. This is because the space in your mind is awareness and your thoughts don’t like you to shine a light on them because it shows them up for what they are, i.e.that they are merely forms. They are not who you are.

The space lessens the hold that thoughts have over you. This is because the space (or awareness) separates the thought from itself, demonstrating that you and the thought cannot be one and the same. There is space and there is your thought. In other words, you are not your thinking. You are what allows your thinking to be. You are truly powerful.

Your thoughts now have less power to waltz back into your mind because you no longer see the thought as you. The more space you have, the less chance your thoughts have to dominate your mind. Your thoughts lose the strength to re-enter your mental space, or if they do, they are too weak to influence you.

This is you de-cluttering your mind, simply by letting there be space in your mind.

When your mind gets too noisy and you will know when this is because you will feel anxious, depressed or stressed by all the unhelpful and unhealthy thoughts swarming around in your head, then choose a day to do a mental spring clean. Don’t change what you are doing that day, simply choose to create space in your mind as much as you possibly can and for as long as you possibly can, all throughout the day.  It’s your mental declutter day, so clean up as much as you can. Create space in your mind whilst you lie in bed, take a shower, eat, drink, walk etc. Whatever your day entails, simply let there be space in your mind as much and for as long as you can. Your mind will feel less noisy by the end of your mental declutter day. You may even choose to spend two days doing it. It’s up to you. You will know how much spring cleaning you need to do.

Do this every so often.  Your mind can get noisy, in the same way your home can get messy, your body can get sweaty and your clothes can get dirty. Have a declutter day every so often.

Let there be space in your mind.

Space precedes presence

When you choose to create even a second of space in your mind, you automatically become present. You don’t have to choose to become present you have to choose to let there be space in your mind and you become present.

It’s easier to let there be space in your mind for a second or two, than to  bring your attention to the present moment.

So simply let there be space in your mind and become present.

This space only gives rise to thoughts that you are at peace with

The space in your mind is peaceful, so very peaceful.

The thoughts that arise from this space are thoughts that you are at peace with.

No matter how bold your thoughts maybe and how little you may know of their outcome, if you are at peace with these thoughts it is because they arise out of non-being, that which you are before you are being.

Let there be space in your mind.

When you are feeling low or depressed, it is easier than ever to create space in your mind

When you feel low or depressed, this is the time to create more space in your mind. It is in fact easier than when you feel good about yourself. This is because when you are feeling depressed your mind is bombarded by unhealthy and unhelpful thoughts, either about yourself or your life. These thoughts keep repeating themselves and dominate your mental space for hours, days, weeks or even months. You want out of this thinking, more so than when you are thinking positive thoughts about yourself. This is what makes it easier to re-connect with the space in your mind. This space is more ready than ever for you to re-connect with it because you are at your most receptive to it.

It knows only the most optimum life for you and does not know how to let you down, whereas your thinking does. So take a few seconds or minutes and give yourself a break. Create some space in your mind.

This space has the power to hold you in the most peaceful embrace ever. A kinder and more loving embrace than any human being could ever afford you. Give it a chance. It is waiting for you to do just that. It is forever and always present. It is who you are.

Let there be space in your mind.
